Introduction

This Bid Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for submitting, managing, and responding to bids on projects posted on Hirepreneurs. By placing a bid on any project, freelancers agree to abide by the terms stated below.

Eligibility to Bid

Only registered freelancers with a complete and approved profile can submit bids on available projects. Freelancers must ensure that their skills and experience match the requirements of the project before submitting a bid.

Bid Submission Guidelines
  • Freelancers must submit accurate and honest bids, including realistic pricing and delivery timeframes.

  • Each bid must include a clear proposal message outlining the freelancer's approach to the project, relevant experience, and any questions or clarifications.

  • Freelancers may not post spam, irrelevant links, or duplicate bids.

  • Freelancers must not solicit clients for off-platform communication or payment, which is a violation of our Terms of Service.

Client's Role in Bid Selection

Clients are responsible for reviewing and evaluating submitted bids based on relevance, freelancer profiles, ratings, past reviews, and proposed pricing. Hirepreneurs does not interfere with the client’s final selection, though we may offer assistance upon request.

Bid Limits

Freelancers may be limited in the number of active bids they can place, based on their membership plan or account status. Additional bid credits may be available for purchase or as rewards.

Bid Withdrawal

Freelancers may withdraw their bid on a project before the client has accepted it. Once accepted, the freelancer is expected to honor their commitment unless mutually agreed otherwise with the client.

Prohibited Activities
  • Submitting bids with misleading or false information.
  • Using automated scripts or bots to place bids.
  • Offering services outside the platform to avoid fees.
  • Harassing or pressuring clients for project selection.

Such actions may lead to suspension or permanent termination of the freelancer’s account.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement regarding bids or project terms, both parties are encouraged to communicate clearly and resolve the matter amicably. If needed, Hirepreneurs support may intervene and mediate, although resolution is not guaranteed.

Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Bid Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of current bidding rules.
